We work across Greater Northeast Philly, Lower Bucks, and nearby Montgomery County — and in select full-service Philadelphia condo and apartment buildings we return to, such as Residences at Dockside.
Home base is Greater Northeast Philly. Most jobs are a short drive through the Greater Northeast, Lower Bucks, and nearby Montgomery County. You get a local crew, not a company dispatching from the other side of the city.
A lot of the housing here is twins, row homes, ranches, and split-levels from the 1940s–1970s. Kitchens, baths, and basements in those houses are everyday work for us — including repairs after a leaking drain stack or basement.
