When a unit leaks, we handle the demo, dry-out, and rebuild in the occupied unit. One licensed general contractor runs it from tear-out to finish, with no hand-off between a drying company and a separate rebuild crew. It’s a secondary service, not a package. Usually an emergency call, typically covered by the owner’s or association’s insurance. Call (267) 463-8138.

Vacant units: fast turnaround to show-ready. Occupied units: careful, low-disruption work so residents can stay put. Same finish standard across stacked units.
We keep the same finishes menu and truck setup from unit to unit, and lock the scope after we walk the job with you.
